Marketing & Sales

Position: Sales Account Executive

As a Sales Account Executive you will drive new enterprise software solutions business revenue by identifying, pursuing and closing new customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in new business development, working closely with the clients to understand their requirements and translating these into providing the best solution.

Status:  Full Time Employee

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Qualifications:

  • Designing and executing sales strategies that maximize revenue and build long term relationships.

  • Creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals required to secure relationships and business.

  • Communicating and interacting effectively with mid to senior level managers and executives.

  • Highly result orientated with a strong closing mentality.

  • Strong knowledge of customer service and management best practices.
  • Minimum of 4 years related experience in software solutions sales.

Working knowledge of of the following:

  • Microsoft Word

  • Power Point

  • Microsoft Project

  • Microsoft Excel


Software Development

Position: VB.NET Software Developer

As a developer you will be responsible for participating in the development of enterprise class e-Business applications. With the technical and architectural direction from the development lead, you will be part of a project team responsible for developing solutions which meet the requirements of our internal and external clients. Through your knowledge of industry-proven technologies and methodologies (see below), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient code as well as manage your time in order to meet the set deliverables.

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Detail-oriented. 

  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills. 

  • Solid interpersonal skills. 

  • Demonstrated initiative and maturity.

  • Knowledge of e-Business/e-Commerce concepts (i.e.: B2B and B2C). 

  • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 

Technology knowledge: 

Must possess excellent knowledge of the following: 

  • Microsoft VB.NET 

  • Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL

  • Object-oriented analysis, design, and programming 

Good to have working knowledge of one or more of the following: 

  • Databases

  • JavaScript

  • XML 

  • Web Services

  • .NET Framework


Customer Support

Position: Customer Support Representative and Website Developer

As a Customer Support agent you will be responsible for fielding customer calls, solving customer issues related to software solutions provided by the company, updating help systems.

As a web-site developer you will be responsible for converting customer provided designs into HTML.

Status:  Full Time Employee

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills. Bilingual Preferred.

  • Detail-oriented. 

  • Self-starter. 

  • Highly organized and energetic team player. 

  • Experience with Ticketing systems

  • 2 or more years of Web Design experience. 

  • Good references.

Technology knowledge: 

Must possess excellent knowledge of the following: 

  • Java/JavaScript.
  • Photoshop and other image editing packages
  • Flash 
  • FrontPage 
  • HTML
